Building and Maintaining a Laravel Translation Package

In this multi-part series, well be documenting the process of building and maintaining an open-source package for Laravel. We will cover everything from bootstrapping the package to dealing with your first issues and pull requests and as much as we possibly can in between. During this series, we will build a translation package to complement Laravels native localization features. Laravels baked-in localization allows your app to handle multiple locales and serve translated content accordingly. Handling various locales is a three-step process: Imagine you want to serve content in both English and Spanish, and you want to use JSON language files. Create one file called en.json and another called es.json in the resources/lang directory. In each file, create an object and add a key.
